For the 43rd year the Saunders 10k will be run in Rye NH. Always the third Thursday evening in August, this year's the race will be held on August 15, with a 6 PM start. This year is the second year on the new course at the new venue— Odiorne State Park—where the race starts and finishes.This NH Seacoast classic is not to be missed.

In consideration of my being a duly registered entrant in the Saunders at Rye Harbor 10,000 meter road race, also known as the Saunders 10K or the Saunders at Rye Harbor 10K on August 15, 2019 in Rye, NH and sanctioned by the USATF, I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to assume all risks of harm, injury or loss of whatever nature attendant upon my participation in said event and do release, remise, discharge and forever hold harmless W.
